Arrival at Athens airport and transfer to the Hotel according to the selected category. Accommodation.

DAY 02 ATHENS – CITY TOUR ½ DAY.

Breakfast. Departure for the ½ Day City Tour: Acropolis + Panoramic of Athens. The Parthenon, a classic symbol of architecture, built entirely of white marble. The Parthenon is the largest temple erected in honor of the goddess Athena. Near the Parthenon is the small Temple of Erechthion with sculptures of beautiful maidens supporting the roof of the porch. The panoramic tour takes us to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, guarded by soldiers dressed in traditional clothing, the Parliament and the Panathinaikon Stadium, where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held. Next we will go to the Library, the Academy and the University, three buildings representative of 19th century architecture mixed with classical influence. Free afternoon. Accommodation.

Breakfast. The 1-Day Cruise gives us the opportunity to visit 3 islands of the Saronic Gulf, enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere, tasting Greek cuisine, accompanied by a traditional and popular program by the ship's orchestra, singers and dancers. 

  • Hydra: The queen of the Saronic Islands. Favorite island of artists and the Jet-set. Its picturesque port impresses with its unique architecture. 
  • Poros: Picturesque island almost attached to the Peloponnese, the smallest of the three, but with exceptional beauty, a green paradise full of lemon trees and pine trees. 
  • Aegina: The largest island in the Saronic Gulf inhabited since the second millennium BC. with a notable historical heritage and with its capital full of neoclassical buildings. Return to Athens in the afternoon. Accommodation.

The Athens tour does not run on May 1st. All travelers in any type of accommodation throughout Greece are required to pay the “Climate Resilience Tax”. The rates shown above do not include this extra fee. The hotel is responsible for collecting the corresponding amount directly from guests.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is described in the program, will be offered by our local operator, purchased from here or directly there; however, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not book them with a different operator, as the established schedules may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Initial deposit: $125.00 per passenger or the full cost of the airfare
  • 120 days prior to departure: 50% payment of the total program cost
  • 90 days prior to departure: 80% payment of the total program cost
  • 60 days prior to departure: 100% payment of the total program cost
