CHILDREN'S PRICE:

• 0 – 1.99 years free.
• 2 – 7.99 years receive a 40% discount on the Double Room price (sharing a room with two adults).

Children sharing the same room with their parents without an extra bed (maximum two adults + one child). Half-Day Tour Departure Days: From April 1st to October 31st - daily.

The Athens tour does not run on May 1st. All travelers in any type of accommodation throughout Greece are required to pay the “Climate Resilience Tax”. The rates shown above do not include this extra fee. The hotel is responsible for collecting the corresponding amount directly from guests.

This is a list of the hotels most frequently used on this tour. It is provided for informational purposes only, and passengers may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments of the same category.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND VISAS

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary travel documents: a valid passport, EU identity card, and, when required, a valid multiple-entry Schengen visa. Failure to present the appropriate documentation may result in the total loss of the trip without refund. (hotels in the same category)

• As of March 1, 2024, all travelers staying in any type of accommodation throughout Greece are required to pay the "Climate Crisis Resilience Tax." The rates indicated above do not include this tax. The hotel is responsible for collecting the corresponding amount directly from guests. The tour operator cannot act as an intermediary for this payment and assumes no responsibility if the hotel does not receive the corresponding amount directly from the client.

• In the event of unavailability at the hotels mentioned, similar hotels will be used.
• Excursions and tours: Tours include an air-conditioned bus and a professional Spanish-speaking guide. All excursions and visits not mentioned under "includes" are not included in the packages and are optional.
• Tours are sold by category, not by hotel names, which are provided for informational purposes only.
• The order of the tour may be changed without prior notice, always respecting all included visits.
• Program with stay in Athens in Basic Category, accommodation in Tourist Category Hotels.
• Program with stay in Athens in Selection, Superior & Luxury Category, accommodation in First Category Hotels.
• Any medical, physical, or mental condition requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. One standard-sized suitcase (23 kg) per person is allowed on transfers and tours.
• There is no porter service in the ports of the Greek islands.
• Shipping companies operating between the islands reserve the right to modify their schedules and timetables, as well as change vessels, when they deem it necessary.
• It is the client's responsibility to comply with all immigration and health requirements for entering and remaining in Greece.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is described in the program, will be offered by our local operator, purchased from here or directly there; however, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not book them with a different operator, as the established schedules may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We are not responsible for services contracted with other companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit: $125.00 per passenger or the full cost of the airfare
• 120 days prior to departure: 50% payment of the total program cost
• 90 days prior to departure: 80% payment of the total program cost
• 60 days prior to departure: 100% payment of the total program cost
