• If extra nights are booked at your own expense, the operator will consider that the corresponding arrival or departure transfer on the date specified in the regular program has been voluntarily forfeited, without any refund. Likewise, any transfer outside the scheduled date will also be at your own expense.
• Triple rooms in China consist of a double or twin room with a rollaway bed, which is not as large as a standard room. Therefore, discomfort may be experienced in triple rooms; we suggest booking a double + single room in such cases.

There are no departures from January 29th to February 10th, 2027 due to the Chinese New Year 2027.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTERING CHINA

• Complete vaccination schedule
• Yellow fever vaccine: the vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before travel.
• People over 60 years of age must present a travel certificate.

Note: If you have not yet received the vaccine, please note that you must get it at least 15 days before your trip.

For your upcoming trip to China, it is important to keep in mind that Panamanian citizens require a visa. Below, we share the main steps and requirements to begin the process:

Basic Requirements

• Valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining and two blank pages.
• Completed and printed online application form (COVA):

• Confirmed appointment (AVAS) to submit documents at the Embassy of China in Panama:

• Recent color photograph (white background, passport size).
• Airline and hotel reservation or letter of invitation from a resident/company in China.
• Payment of the consular fee upon document submission.

Important note: The process must begin well in advance (at least 1 month before the trip).

TRAVEL NOTES

• Travel documents are submitted 8 days prior to departure.
• This itinerary may be subject to change due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
• The order of excursions may change depending on availability and operational factors.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is detailed in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased here or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established for the itineraries may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit: $125.00 per passenger or the total cost of the airfare
• 120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program price
• 90 days before the start of the trip: 80% payment of the contracted program price
• 60 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program price
