Visiting

DAY 1 HAVANA

Arrival at José Martí International Airport, Terminal 3. You will be met by the staff of Mega Travel's partner agency in Cuba. Transfer by air-conditioned bus with a guide to your selected hotel. Check-in on a bed and breakfast basis. Free time to explore Havana on foot. Overnight stay.

DAY 2 HAVANA

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Departure from the hotel for the "Hemingway Route" excursion. Visit to La Vigía estate, located on the outskirts of Havana in San Francisco de Paula. The mansion is preserved as it was in the 1960s: you'll find hundreds of personal belongings, the Wheeler boat he used for fishing, and the three-story tower with its spectacular views. An expert guide will show you the grounds and share interesting insights into the life of Ernest Hemingway, the American writer with an incredible story and a significant part of Cuban history. On the way back to the city, you'll visit the fishing village of Cojímar: a small, picturesque town that inspired Hemingway to write The Old Man and the Sea and to whose fishermen he dedicated his Nobel Prize. You'll also have the opportunity to see some of the most spectacular views of the city from El Morro fortress and Cristo Park across the harbor from Havana. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the Hotel Ambos Mundos and end at Hemingway's favorite bar, El Floridita. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay.

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Pick-up from the hotel in an air-conditioned bus with a guide for departure to the beautiful Varadero beach. During the journey, there will be a stop at the Bacunayagua Bridge for the best Piña Colada (at an additional cost) and time for photos of the Yumuri Valley in the province of Matanzas.

Varadero, known for its beautiful 21-kilometer beach of fine white sand and turquoise waters, is the perfect destination for those seeking a relaxing vacation, but also one full of adventure and fun. You can enjoy snorkeling, diving, catamaran trips, horseback riding, and excursions around the peninsula. Arrival at the Varadero hotel for check-in. Enjoy the beach and the all-inclusive system.
