Visiting

Arrival in Panama City. You will be met at the airport by our staff and given a warm welcome. Check-in at your chosen hotel. Overnight stay.

DAY 02 CITY TOUR & THE PANAMA CANAL VISITOR CENTER

Breakfast. We will begin with hotel pick-ups between 7:15 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. to start this cultural and historical experience in Panama City. Our first stop will be at the iconic Panama Canal (entrance fees not included). Here you will have the opportunity to enjoy the IMAX film that tells the story and evolution of the canal, as well as observe ships passing through the locks. Afterward, we will head to Casco Antiguo (Old Quarter), the historic heart of the city. We will take a guided tour of its emblematic plazas, colonial churches, and museums, discovering the vestiges of the colonial era and the city's transformation over time. We will continue with a panoramic tour of the Amador Causeway, a group of islands connected by an artificial breakwater that protects the entrance to the canal. From here, you will enjoy spectacular views of the city skyline, the Bridge of the Americas, and the Pacific Ocean. To conclude the tour, transportation will take us to Albrook Mall, where participants can choose between: Enjoying free time for shopping and returning to the hotel on their own, or waiting for the group transfer back, scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Overnight stay.

Breakfast. Pick-up at the hotel at 8:00 am. Transfer to the port on the Chagres River. Transfer by dugout canoe along the Chagres River to visit an Emberá community and learn about their dances and traditions. Lunch in the community. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is described in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased from here or directly there. However, if passengers decide to participate in any of these activities, they should not book them with a different operator, as the schedules established in the tours may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Initial deposit: $125.00 per passenger or the full cost of the airfare
  • 120 days prior to the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program price
  • 90 days prior to the start of the trip: 80% payment of the contracted program price
  • 60 days prior to the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program price
