This is a list of the hotels most frequently used on this tour. It is for informational purposes only, and passengers may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments of the same category.

TRAVEL NOTES

• Travel documents are delivered 8 days prior to departure.
• This itinerary may be modified due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen circumstances, or availability at the time of booking.
• The order of excursions may change depending on availability and operations.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours whose price is described in the program will be offered by our local operator, purchased from here or directly there; however, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established in the tours may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We are not responsible for services contracted with other companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit: $125.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE)
• 120 days prior to the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program price
• 90 days prior to the start of the trip: 80% payment of the contracted program price
• 60 days prior to the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program price
