CHILDREN'S RATE:

Children share the same room with their parents without an additional bed (maximum two adults + one child)

• Children 0-2 years free. (Pay supplement for the 4x4 safari excursion).
• Children 3-5 years 75% discount on the adult rate for a double room.
• Children 6-11 years 50% discount on the adult rate for a double room.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

Suggested visits or tours, the price of which is described in the program, will be offered by our operator at the destination, purchased locally or directly from the city. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the established tour schedules may vary. The guide has complete discretion to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We will not be responsible for services contracted with other companies.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCESSING A DUBAI VISA

• The documents must be sent to Mega Travel, to the email address of the advisor handling the reservation, 90 days prior to the trip if it is a regular Mega Travel departure.
• COLOR scan of the passport in high-quality .JPG image format. The scan must be of the open passport where the information is located. The information must remain clear and very clear even when zoomed in at 200%, and all four borders must be visible. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your departure date from the United Arab Emirates.
• One personal color digital photo with a white background (measuring 4.3 x 5.5 cm in .JPG format, file size 40 KB).
• For minors: Notarized exit permit (Spanish and English) and birth certificate.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit $125.00 per passenger or the full amount of the airfare
• 120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program
• 90 days before the start of the trip: 80% payment of the contracted program
• 60 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program
