Arrival in Cusco, assistance, and transfer to the hotel.

In the afternoon, an exclusive city tour begins with a visit to San Cristóbal Square for a panoramic view of the city. Next, we'll visit the San Pedro Market, where we'll immerse ourselves in the local flavor and learn more about the region's products in this market that has everything and supplies the entire city. Then, the Qorikancha Temple welcomes us with all its magnificence and splendor, its walls once covered in gold. From San Blas, the artisans' quarter, we'll walk down Hatun Rumiyoc Street, passing the Inca Roca Palace, now the Archbishop's Palace, where we'll have time to admire the world-famous Twelve-Angled Stone. We'll continue to the Plaza de Armas to visit the Cathedral, which houses invaluable colonial works of art.

In the morning, we'll escape the crowds to visit Sacsayhuamán, an impressive citadel filled with colossal structures surrounded by beautiful landscapes, perfectly in harmony with the environment. Next, we'll continue to the Inca shrine of Q'enqo, where you'll be amazed by the sacrificial altar carved into the interior of its rock formation. Finally, we'll arrive at the Puca Pucará lookout and Tambomachay, a monument of remarkable architectural excellence considered one of the pillars of the Andean worldview. The afternoon is free to enjoy the city and participate in additional activities, or simply wander the streets of Cusco. The entrance pass included in this tour grants you access to other points of interest not visited on this tour.

Today we will visit the most outstanding sites of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will depart for the town of Chinchero, the most typical and picturesque in the Sacred Valley. This town is famous for its women weavers. We will make a brief stop at a textile center to appreciate the ancient Inca techniques for dyeing and spinning alpaca wool. We will visit its Inca plaza with its beautiful colonial church. We will continue to Moray, a beautiful Inca archaeological site composed of concentric agricultural terraces that served as a laboratory for recreating microclimates. Lunch. We will continue to visit the last living Inca town, Ollantaytambo. We will visit the Temple of the Ten Windows, the Baths of the Ñusta (Inca princess), and the Temple of the Sun. The panoramic views from the heights of Ollantaytambo will bring this magical day in the Sacred Valley of the Incas to a close. Overnight in the area.

The long-awaited day to discover one of the 7 Wonders of the World. Boarding at Ollantaytambo station. Departure on the selected train. Arrival at Machu Picchu station. Our staff will assist you in boarding the bus that will ascend a winding road, offering spectacular views of the Urubamba River as it carves through a deep canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will welcome us with its incredible terraces, staircases, ceremonial sites, and urban areas. The energy emanates from the entire place. Lunch. At the agreed-upon time, return by train and transfer to your hotel in Cusco. Overnight stay.

• Child is considered on a TRIPLE room basis.

• Children are considered up to 11 years and 11 months, then the adult rate applies.

• Children from 2 to 4 years old can apply for a flat rate, which does not include breakfast.

• To make the Child rate effective, it is necessary to send a copy of the identity document, otherwise the child will be considered an adult. If the program includes an excursion to Machu Picchu, it is mandatory to present an original document at the time of entry.

CUSCO NOTES:

• The Lima/Cusco flight should be considered early in the morning (arrive in Cusco no later than 11:30am) so that passengers can rest and acclimatize before starting the excursion in the afternoon (1:30pm).

• The excursion to Machu Picchu has been quoted on the EXPEDITION train service with lunch at a local restaurant (drinks not included).

• Entry tickets to Machu Picchu are limited and are subject to availability until receiving the issuance order and complete information (full name, passport number or ID card (It must be the same document with which you will travel), date of birth and nationality.

• Once purchased and issued:

Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and do not accept changes.

In case of cancellation, the penalty is 100%.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is detailed in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased here or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not book them with a different operator, as the schedules for the tours may vary. The guide has full discretion to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.
