Departure is around 5:30 a.m. to ensure optimal timing since balloons can only fly in the early morning to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and avoid wind currents. The capacity of each basket depends on the balloon, usually between 20 to 24 people. Upon arrival (around 6:00 a.m.), you can watch the preparation process as the balloon inflates with air from the burners while lying on the ground — a fascinating sight.
