Arrive at the International Airport of Panama City 3 hours before to take the transatlantic flight to Bucharest. Overnight on board.

Arrival at Bucharest International Airport. Reception and transfer to the hotel. The charming city of Bucharest was born in the Middle Ages around a vibrant copper market, locally known as “bakr”, which attracted merchants and visitors several times a year to the picturesque banks of the Dâmbovița River. By the 15th century, Bucharest had already established itself as a fortified city of great importance in the region.

During our exciting panoramic tour, we will enjoy the majesty of the Monastery of the Archangels Michael and Gabriel, an architectural jewel built next to a historic inn that brought it to life. We will also be amazed by the imposing grandeur of the Romanian Parliament Palace, recognized as the largest parliamentary building in the world. In addition, we will explore the emblematic Arch of Triumph and other fascinating structures that reflect the unique charm and history of the Romanian capital. Accommodation.

Breakfast. After breakfast, we head to the spa town of Sinaia, where we will visit the fabulous buildings of Peleș Castle and take a walk through its romantic park. We will then continue to the city of Brașov. Seen from above, the city looks like a huge Roman amphitheater settled on the slopes of the Carpathian Mountains. Founded in the Middle Ages, the city preserves very interesting structures and stories, such as the famous Black Church, which did not burn during the great fire of the 17th century but only changed color. We will also see the Town Hall Square, the Mureșenilor Museum, Strada Sforii (the narrowest street in the city), the Brașov Synagogue, and the Șchei Gate. Accommodation.

Breakfast. After breakfast, we head to the fortified medieval city of Sibiu, located on the banks of the Cibin River. The names come from the old Bulgarian name Sibin, which means “rowdy.” The city is famous for the “eyes” on the roofs of its houses. During our tour we will visit the Council Tower, the Brukenthal National Museum, the Bridge of Lies, the Old Square (Großer Ring), the Great Square, the Lutheran Cathedral of Saint Mary, and the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Breakfast. After breakfast, we head to Timișoara, known for its Secession-style architecture. We will visit the Orthodox Cathedral, Victory Square, the Teresia Bastion, the Banat Museum, and the Art Museum of Timișoara. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Belgrade means “White City” because of the color of its medieval walls, which we will visit during our walking tour. We will stroll along the pedestrian street Knez Mihailova, Belgrade University, the National Theater, and the Orthodox Cathedral Church. We will also visit Kalemegdan Park and the fortress overlooking the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. Accommodation.

Breakfast. After breakfast, transfer to Zagreb, the capital and largest city of Croatia. Located on the banks of the Sava River and at the foot of Medvenica Mountain, Zagreb preserves medieval monuments from its two ancient towns. During the tour we will see the Cathedral, St. Mark’s Square, the small church of St. Mark with its roof decorated with Croatian national symbols, and the Old Town Hall. Accommodation.

Breakfast. After breakfast, transfer to Budapest, the capital and largest city of Hungary. The city unites the ancient medieval towns of Buda and Pest, separated by the Danube River, today connected by numerous bridges. Budapest is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, with its historic center, castle, and baroque architecture. We will visit several bridges, Gellért Hill, the Fisherman’s Bastion, and St. Matthias Cathedral. Accommodation.
