I RATES

• Children's Rate: Applies to children ages 2 to 10. Children 11 and older will pay the adult rate.
• DOES NOT INCLUDE the environmental sanitation tax (31.12 MXN per room, per night, subject to change), which must be paid by the guest upon check-in.
• Rates do not apply to groups, Easter, Formula 1, Day of the Dead (from October 24 to November 5), the December holidays, and other special dates.
• Triple rooms only have two double beds; therefore, two guests must share the same accommodation.

This is a list of the most frequently used hotels on this tour. This information is for information purposes only; guests may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments in the same category.

I NOTE

Luggage is limited to one piece per person with a maximum linear dimension of 158 cm and a maximum weight of 23 kg.

I OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose prices are described in the program, will be offered by our operator at the destination, purchased locally or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established in the circuits may vary. The guide has complete discretion to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We will not be responsible for services contracted with other companies.

I PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit $125.00 per passenger
• 120 days before the start of the trip: 25% payment of the contracted program fee
• 90 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program fee
• 45 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program fee
