REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY TO BRAZIL

• Complete vaccination schedule
• Yellow fever vaccination: The vaccination must be administered at least 10 days before travel.
• Persons over 60 years of age must present a travel certification.

Note: If you have not completed this form, please note that it must be completed at least 15 days prior to travel.

TRIP NOTES

• Travel documents are delivered 8 days prior to departure.
• This itinerary may be subject to modifications due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseen factors, or availability at the time of booking.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit $125.00 per passenger or the full amount of the airfare
• 120 days prior to the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program
• 90 days prior to the start of the trip: 80% payment of the contracted program
• 60 days prior to the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program
