The Double Lake rooms have views of Laguna del Inca, the Tres Hermanos Mountains, or the slopes.
The Double Lake rooms with balcony are located on the west side of the hotel on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors. These rooms have a balcony with views of Laguna del Inca and the Tres Hermanos Mountains.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Passenger check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
If you check out of your room before 10:00 AM, Portillo offers you the last day of skiing (a lift pass).
