**DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, AND FINAL PAYMENT:**
To reserve the cabin, a deposit of $100.00 per person is required, plus $179.00 for optional insurance.
Payments toward the reservation can be made after the deposit.
The final payment must be completed by **February 10, 2025.**
**PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY:**
The passenger is responsible for verifying the required visas and ensuring their passports are valid for at least 6 months at the time of boarding.
It is important to send your travel advisor a copy of the passport you will use for the trip.
**Minors** traveling without one or both parents or with a third party must obtain a travel authorization/permit through [www.migracion.gob.pa](http://www.migracion.gob.pa). Click on "Migración en línea" and follow the instructions.
Passengers must comply with the health requirements established by Princess Cruises.
**IMPORTANT:**
- Pregnant women beyond 24 weeks of pregnancy are not allowed to board.
- Infants under 6 months of age are not allowed to board on cruises of 7 nights or less. Infants under 12 months of age are not allowed for cruises longer than 12 nights.
- Princess Cruises reserves the right to cancel, modify, and/or replace its general conditions, prices, routes, visits, itineraries, ports, ships, promotions, and/or similar without prior notice and without any claim, if necessary, to ensure the success of the trip and safeguard passenger safety.
Neither the cruise lines, airlines, contracted providers, nor *Cruceros por el Mundo* are responsible for border closures, new protocols, or restrictions due to COVID-19, or changes to entry requirements for contracted destinations that affect the planned trip after payment has been made.
