- Juneteenth:** June 18 to June 22  

- Independence Day:** July 2 to July 8  

- Labor Day:** August 29 to September 3  

- Columbus Day:** October 10 to October 14  

- Veterans Day:** November 8 to November 12  

- Thanksgiving Day:** November 22 to December 1  

- Christmas and New Year:** December 22, December 28 to January 3, 2025

CHILDREN POLICY:  

- Infants (0 to 2 years old):** Pay $70 USD for transportation service (MIA-MCO-MIA).  

- Children (CHD, 3 to 9 years old):** Considered as children.  

- Juniors (JNR, 10 to 15 years old):** Fall under the Junior category.  

- Over 15 years old:** Considered adults.  

SURCHARGES:  

**High season:** An additional $20 USD per service per day will be applied on the following dates:  

- December 10, 2024, to January 20, 2025  

- June 15 to August 15, 2025  

- October 10 to October 31, 2025  

- November 18 to November 28, 2025  

- December 10, 2025, to January 20, 2026  

**Transportation during restricted hours:**  

An extra $68 USD per service will be charged for transportation during the following times:  

- International Arrivals:** Between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM  

- International Departures:** Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM  

IMPORTANT NOTES:  

- For **triple** and **quadruple accommodations**, passengers must share beds. Extra beds are not guaranteed.  

- The itinerary is subject to modifications due to weather conditions, road conditions, or availability at the time of booking.  

- To enter Disney parks, **prior reservations** are required. Passengers must create a profile on Disney’s portal, which incurs an additional cost not included in this program.  

- Park visit schedules and order of visits will be assigned by the destination operator based on availability.  

- MIA-MCO and MCO-MIA transfers are not direct and include multiple stops.  

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Initial deposit:                      $125.00 per passenger

120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program value

90 days before the start of the trip:  80% payment of the contracted program value

60 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program value
