**CHILDREN'S POLICY:**

- **Infants**: 0 to 2 years old. (Pay transport service 70 USD MIA – MCO – MIA).  

- **Children (CHD)**: 3 to 9 years old.  

- **Junior (JNR)**: 10 to 15 years old.  

- **Over 15 years old**: Considered as adults.  

**SUPPLEMENT CHARGES**  

For high season, an extra charge of 20 USD per service, per day, will be applied on the following dates:  

- Dec 10, 2024 to Jan 20, 2025  

- Jun 15 to Aug 15, 2025  

- Oct 10 to Oct 31, 2025  

- Nov 18 to Nov 28, 2025  

- Dec 10, 2025 to Jan 20, 2026  

**TRANSFER SURCHARGES:**  

For arrival and departure transfers within the following times, an extra charge of 68 USD per service will apply:  

- For **international arrival flights** between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.  

- For **departure transfers** for international flights between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.  

For **TRIPLE and QUADRUPLE accommodation**, passengers will be required to share beds, and extra beds are not guaranteed under any circumstances.  

**IMPORTANT:**  

- To enter Disney parks, a prior reservation is required. The passenger must create a profile on the Disney portal and reserve for the days of their visit. The service to create a profile and make reservations has an additional cost not included in this program.  

- The departure times, return times, and the order of visits to the parks will be designated by our operator’s traffic department based on availability.  

- For **MIA – MCO transfers**: The service is not direct, and it has several stops along the route. The bus service passes through hotels in areas like Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and Miami Airport. The route starts in Miami Airport hotels, continues through Downtown Miami, and ends in South Beach & Miami Beach. Transfer from the Orlando terminal to hotels in the Lake Buena Vista or International Drive area is included. The first pick-up of the regular bus is at 4:15 AM, and the last one is at 6:20 AM before heading to Orlando.  

- For **MCO – MIA transfers**: The service is not direct, and it also has several stops along the route. The bus service departs at 7:00 PM.  

- Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice depending on the park reservation dates.

**UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:**  

The U.S. visa process must be done strictly in person.  

No third-party representation or intermediaries are authorized for submitting a visa application. This condition applies to Mega Travel and any travel agency in general. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Initial deposit:                       $125.00 per passenger

120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program value

90 days before the start of the trip:  80% payment of the contracted program value

60 days before the start of the trip:  100% payment of the contracted program value
