The value of the program and itinerary has been calculated based on the exchange rate between Japanese Yen and US Dollars. As such, these rates may fluctuate at any time due to currency behavior. Any price changes will be communicated to the traveler or travel agency in writing or by any means, as these differences must be borne by the traveler.
In Japan, hotels have limited double rooms (with 1 double bed). Generally, we use Twin rooms (with 2 separate beds). Double rooms are not guaranteed.
A triple room consists of 2 regular beds + 1 extra smaller bed.
This is a list of the most frequently used hotels in this circuit. It is provided for indicative purposes only, and the passenger may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments of the same category.
NOTE:** When there are more than 40 passengers on a departure, we charter a private truck to transport luggage from Hotel New Otani to Hotel Kyoto Tokyu, and in this case, the luggage arrives at the Kyoto hotel in the afternoon of the same day. During the low season, when there are not enough passengers, we do not charter a truck and use a regular delivery service; in this case, the luggage arrives at the Kyoto hotel the next day, so passengers need to carry a backpack or small suitcase with clothes and essentials for one night.
OPTIONAL TOURS:
Suggested visits or tours with costs described in the program will be offered by our operator on-site, purchased from here or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be contracted with a different operator, as the schedule for the circuits may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather reasons, while respecting the contracted services.
We are not responsible for services contracted with other companies.
